Штука рабочая. Обработали фасад и цоколь, теперь не страшно, что осенью всё размокнет. Расход норм, ложится легко. Классный защитный агент, реально работает.

Брал для подвала в частном доме, стены из бетона. Пропитка зашла глубоко, вода теперь реально скатывается, не впитывается. Главное, что вид стены не изменился, всё прозрачно. Рекомендую!
