Норм состав, водоотталкивающие свойства реально работают. Единственное, что подготовка поверхности занимает прилично времени, если следовать всем этапам инструкции, но результат того стоит.

Отличная штука! Использовали для отделки в лофте, бетон стал выглядеть очень однородно, пятна после заливки почти исчезли. Запах вообще не чувствуется, что для помещения большой плюс. Рекомендую.
