Description
Professional dust-sealing and alkali-resistant primer by Tong Wenxin is a high-performance water-based coating designed for superior surface consolidation. Formulated with synthetic resins, it provides exceptional adhesion and creates a durable protective barrier.
The product features powerful dustproofing and alkali-resistant properties, making it an essential choice for new construction walls and floors. It effectively resists alkalinity (pH 12-13), preventing efflorescence and ensuring the stability of the subsequent finish.
With a matte finish and excellent water resistance, this primer is ideal for refurbishment and surface preparation. The spraying application method allows for efficient coverage of large areas, with a fast drying time of only 1 to 3 hours.
