Description
GJ-ECB800 is a low-temperature cathodic acrylic electrophoretic varnish developed by Gaojie, designed for creating high-gloss protective coatings. It is formulated from acrylic monomers and special low-temperature non-yellowing isocyanates, ensuring exceptional transparency and a premium aesthetic finish.
This varnish offers superior weather resistance, corrosion protection, and resistance to artificial sweat. It is widely applicable for protecting decorative electroplated layers and metal surfaces across various light industries, including locks, lighting, jewelry, home appliances, automotive parts, sanitary ware, and hardware tools.
The product is characterized by its low-temperature curing capability and ease of operation. The coating demonstrates excellent adhesion (Grade 0), high hardness (up to 4H at 160°C baking), and strong resistance to impact and salt spray, ensuring a durable and long-lasting protective film.

В целом норм штука, с коррозией справляется. Немного пришлось подбирать режим температуры для идеального 4H, но результат того стоит.

Отличный лак! Использовали для фурнитуры, блеск просто запредельный, никакой желтизны нет. Адгезия реально на высоте, держится намертво.
