|
1:箱体：尺寸为高宽深，底部冲压凹槽配封板，箱体有导水槽IP66； 2:材质：采用鞍钢品牌的冷轧钢板，表面平整，符合国标厚度； 3:焊接：箱体全部满焊，焊接工艺采用激光焊接平台无毛刺且平整； 4:门板：采用压角一体成型工艺，不用焊接不用打磨，美观又牢固； 5.:防水圈：门板防水圈采用德国蓝浦发泡胶，抗老化，25年有回弹； 6:静电粉末喷涂工艺：喷塑前序用药水及热水喷淋清除箱体的油污与杂质，再进行二次喷塑及烘烤等工艺，这样的工艺可以使用箱体表面的塑粉附着力更强不起皮，且没有杂质黑点（大部分的小喷塑厂没有前序喷淋等工艺）； 7:喷塑颜色：RAL7035，厚度标准为60-80um，符合72小时盐雾测试； 8:配件：门锁采用锌合金一字防水锁，铰链采用暗装加厚锌合金材质； 9:包装：标准品单只采用PE透明袋包，再独立纸箱包装，再打托盘。 10:板材厚多种可选（1.0mm/1.2mm/1.5mm/2.0mm）。

В целом норм штука, металл толстый. Единственное, пришлось подождать заказ около 12 дней, но в описании предупреждали про сроки изготовления. По качеству претензий нет.

Качественный бокс, сварка реально аккуратная, никаких заусенцев. Для улицы самое то, IP66 не врет, после сильного дождя внутри всё сухо. Доставили вовремя.
