Description
The Baiyue Industrial Rotary Drum Dryer is a continuous drying system widely used in industrial sectors for the dehydration of granular materials. It features an inclined horizontal rotating cylinder equipped with an internal lifting blade system, ensuring that materials are fully exposed to the hot air stream during rotation.
This equipment is ideal for applications in mining, metallurgy, chemical processing, construction materials, and agriculture. It can efficiently process mineral powders, industrial slag, coal mud, desulfurized gypsum, composite fertilizers, and other heat-sensitive materials.

Ставили на гипс. Работает исправно. Поначалу был небольшой шум от роликов, но после смазки ушел. Износ минимальный за 3 месяца. Регулировка скорости плавная. В целом - достойный агрегат, хотя для мелкой фракции нужна более тонкая настройка потока воздуха.

Покупали для сушки минерального порошка. Все норм, сушит ровно, без перегрева. Из минусов - габариты большие, пришлось повозиться с фундаментом. Частотник работает стабильно. За свои деньги - хорошая машина.

Хорошая штука для опилок. Лопасти внутри перемешивают отлично, комков нет. Расход топлива умеренный. Управление простое.

Барабан от Baiyue отработал уже больше месяца на шлаке. Производительность отличная, нагрев равномерный. Регулировка оборотов реально спасает под разную влажность сырья. Сталь толстая, выглядит надежно. Монтаж простой, инструкция понятная. Рекомендую.
