Description
The TSC2046E is a high-performance low-voltage I/O touch screen controller designed for 4-wire resistive touch screens. As the next-generation version of the ADS7846, it offers 100% pin compatibility, allowing for a seamless upgrade in existing hardware designs without requiring PCB modifications.
Operating from 2.2V to 5.25V, this controller features an internal 2.5V reference and integrated capabilities for battery voltage monitoring (0V to 6V) and on-chip temperature measurement. These features make it highly versatile for battery-powered applications where power efficiency is critical.
Supporting both QSPI and SPI interfaces with a high sampling rate of up to 125kS/s, the TSC2046E ensures rapid response and precision. It is widely used in Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), cellular phones, portable instruments, and point-of-sale terminals.

Классный контроллер, всё работает по даташиту. Скорость выборки высокая, сенсор реагирует мгновенно. Рекомендую для тех, кто делает свои гаджеты.

Хороший чип для портативок. Функция мониторинга батареи очень выручила, не пришлось ставить отдельный делитель. Потребление энергии реально низкое.

Норм штука, работает стабильно. Единственное, пришлось немного покопаться с настройками SPI, но в целом всё ок.

Отличный контроллер. Заменил им старый ADS7846, встал как родной, ничего перепаивать не пришлось. Скорость отклика заметно выше, всё четко.
