Норм штука, по току держит честные 3.5А. Единственное, что корпус мелкий, нужно аккуратно с охлаждением если грузить на максимум.

Отличный драйвер! Взял для небольшого робота-пылесоса, всё работает стабильно, греется умеренно. SOP8 удобно паять.
