Спасает после сидячей работы! Особенно нравится режим 75 градусов, прям глубоко прогревает. Таймер удобно — не перестараться. Единственное, инструкция мелковата, но методом тыка всё поняла. Рекомендую!

Взял для фитнеса, разогревать поясницу перед тренировкой. Работает норм, тепло чувствуется сразу. Вибрация приятная, но чуть слабее чем я ожидал. Липучки держат хорошо. В целом норм за свою цену.

Купила для мамы, у нее сильно спина болит после огорода. Она в восторге! Говорит, после каждого использования прям легче становится. Режимы простые, разобралась сразу. Минусов пока не нашла.
