Description

The KF Laser 1500 W fiber laser welding machine is a professional-grade system designed for high-precision welding in industrial and production environments. The 1500 W fiber laser delivers consistent weld seams, minimal thermal distortion and high repeatability for series production.

With a Raycus fiber source and a wavelength of 1070–1080 nm, the unit provides concentrated energy for deep penetration and efficient welding. The machine is engineered for stable continuous operation and reproducible results across batches.

The system is equipped with Chaoqiangweiye control, SUP23T laser head, HIWIN linear guides and Yaskawa servomotors, ensuring accurate positioning and process stability. Water cooling via an S&A chiller maintains thermal stability during extended cycles.

KF Laser is suitable for metalworking, mechanical engineering and the manufacture of metal structures, housings and components where fast, clean and precise welding with minimal post-processing is required. Warranty: 2 years.
