The HX043 fully automatic cone is designed for the secure fastening of shipping containers on vessels. It features an automatic lock/unlock mechanism within ISO corner casting holes, streamlining the loading and unloading process and reducing manual labor.
Constructed from high-strength carbon steel with a galvanized or painted finish, this model boasts a one-piece shell design with no critical moving parts, ensuring maximum durability. It is designed to work in conjunction with semi-automatic twistlocks to maintain rigid container stability.
For ship design, the HX043 provides an opportunity to optimize cargo space, allowing for a reduction in overall vessel length for a fixed number of slots or increasing the total container capacity within a given hull length.

Железяка что надо! Поставили на судно, работает как часы. Автоматика реально спасает, мужикам больше не надо спину гнуть с этими замками. Крепление жесткое, конейнеры стоят мертво, даже в штормягу не шелохнутся. Брали на пробу пару штук, теперь весь флот переоснащаем.

Норм головка, крепкая, оцинковка не облезла за полгода. Иногда заедает если грязь набьется, надо продувать. Но в целом для палубы самое то.
