Description

The Plina epoxy-silane impregnating agent is a colorless, odorless solution designed for high-performance waterproofing and protection of concrete and masonry. Unlike traditional coatings, it does not form a surface film but penetrates deeply into the substrate to provide continuous, all-weather protection against water and salt infiltration.

With a neutral pH, this agent is non-corrosive to steel reinforcement and concrete. The active silane molecules react with the calcium components of the concrete to create a hydrophobic barrier. This process significantly reduces the chloride ion diffusion coefficient by 59% and provides exceptional resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, preventing scaling and peeling.

It is the ideal material for protecting bridges, road surfaces, underground parking garages, and structures in coastal or high-cold regions. The solution preserves the natural appearance and color of the concrete while enhancing the bonding strength of asphalt concrete through its cationic epoxy molecules.
