Description
The Silane impregnating agent Zhuorun ZR-1 is a specialized material designed for the protection of concrete structures. It exhibits excellent affinity for concrete substrates, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the material. The active silane components react chemically with moisture in the substrate and the surrounding air to form a stable, hydrophobic organic silicone network within the capillary pores of the concrete.
This protective layer acts as an 'invisible breathable armor,' effectively preventing the ingress of external water and harmful substances while allowing internal water vapor and gases to escape. As a result, the waterproofing, salt/alkali resistance, and freeze-thaw stability of the concrete are significantly enhanced, extending the overall lifespan of reinforced concrete structures.
It is widely used in various reinforced concrete projects, including seaports, sea-crossing bridges, viaducts, tunnels, airport runways, and thermal or nuclear power plants. It is particularly effective for structures exposed to seawater corrosion, salt spray, de-icing agents, and freeze-thaw damage.

Норм штука, использовали на объекте для защиты от реагентов. Эффект заметен, бетон перестал шелушиться. Чуть долго сохнет, но результат того стоит.

Брал для обработки фундамента в частном доме, чтобы влага не шла. Впиталось отлично, после высыхания вода просто скатывается каплями. Реально работает как пропитка, а не просто пленка сверху. Доволен.
