Description
Dipropylene Glycol Methyl Ether (DPM) by Dow is a high-purity organic solvent with a content of ≥99.9%. It is a colorless, viscous liquid with a pleasant odor, fully miscible with water and a wide variety of organic solvents, making it a versatile additive for various industrial applications.
This product serves as an excellent solvent for water-based coatings, nitrocellulose, alkyd resins, and maleic anhydride-modified phenolic resins. It is widely utilized as a coupling agent in water-borne dilutions, as well as in household and industrial cleaners, degreasers, paint removers, and solvent-based screen printing inks.
Beyond industrial coatings, DPM is used in cosmetics as a coupling and skin-conditioning agent, in fragrances as a fixative, and in agriculture as a stabilizer for pesticides. Additionally, it functions as an anti-freeze agent for jet fuels and a key component in brake fluids.

Использую как фиксатор в парфюмерии и увлажнюху в кремах. Запах приятный, смешивается отлично, но доставка немного затянулась.
