Description

The Xinda Dual Planetary Power Mixer is a high-efficiency equipment that integrates dispersion and mixing without any dead zones. It is designed for processing liquids and pastes in the electronic, chemical, food, and construction industries, specifically for lithium-ion battery slurries, silicone/polyurethane sealants, and various adhesives.

The device operates using a combination of low-speed mixing components and a high-speed dispersing element. The planetary gear drive allows the mixing paddles to rotate simultaneously around their own axis and the main axis of the tank, ensuring ideal mixing in a short time. The high-speed disperser provides intense shear forces, making it several times more effective than conventional mixers.

Key features include vacuum capability, heating options (internal electric heating or external water/oil bath), and a cooling system. The mixer is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system for easier discharging and supports multiple mixing tanks for a single machine setup, controllable via push-buttons or PLC systems.
