В целом норм, но чет в начале подтупливала с мелкими костями от куриных каркасов, пришлось пару раз чистить. Потом приноровились. Для перца тоже юзали, работает.

Взяли на цех по переработке курятины, машинка зверь. Замороженые блоки перемалывает как масло, за смену тонны пропускает без нареканий. Персонал доволен, мыть удобно, нержавейка на уровне.
