Description
The GDB series cycloid gear oil pump is a high-performance device engineered for transporting high-viscosity fluids. Its design features an enlarged suction inlet diameter to reduce flow resistance between the pump inlet and the rotor. With three suction channels around the rotor perimeter, the pump exhibits excellent self-priming capabilities and reliable operation.
The unit is characterized by a compact size, allowing for high rotational speeds while maintaining low noise levels. Even when transporting fluids with a kinematic viscosity of up to 700mm²/s, the pump continues to operate quietly at rated speeds. This makes it suitable for mechanical lubrication and the transfer of industrial lubricants (N32-N460), hydraulic oils, and heavy oils.
The pump sets are available in two installation configurations: vertical (YZL) and horizontal (YZW). Kailefu products are widely used in engineering machinery, oil and gas equipment, mining excavators, cranes, and fishing vessels, offering a combination of durability and high efficiency.

Качество сборки норм, компактный. Единственное, доставка затянулась, но сам агрегат GDB-160YZL справляется со своей задачей на ура.

Отличный насос, поставили на гидравлику крана. Работает тихо, вязкое масло качает без проблем, самовсасывание реально работает как заявлено.
