Description
The Lin Road GK300 Dry Granulation Machine is a high-precision equipment designed for laboratory use, pilot plants, and small-scale production. It is capable of converting dry powders into granules with adjustable sizes, ensuring a high yield and a streamlined automated process.
The machine is controlled by a PLC touchscreen interface and utilizes a hydraulic system powered by an electric oil pump. The integrated production line covers feeding, compacting, granulating, shaping, sieving, and dust removal. Key operating parameters, such as feeding speed, compression pressure, and granulation speed, are fully adjustable via frequency converters.

Хороший агрегат, но немного шумноват при работе. Для мелкосерийного производства подходит идеально, выход продукции высокий. Охлаждение валков реально спасает при работе с термочувствительными порошками.

Отличная машина для нашей лаборатории. Гранулы получаются ровные, настройка простая через сенсорный экран. Разборка для чистки вообще без проблем.
