Экструдер рабочий, но при первом запуске чет тупил с подачей материала, пришлось звонить в поддержку. Оказалось, сам виноват, не догрузил бункер. После настройки все ровно. Для меня главное — точность и стабильный поток, тут все ок. Обслуживание не сложное, масло менял раз в месяц.

Хорошая машина для производства бизеров. Долговечная, за полгода ни одной поломки. Точность супер, детали как с завода. Минус только один — весит много, пришлось усиливать пол в цеху. А так все отлично.

Экструдер норм, шнек 45 мм тянет стабильно. Точность позиционирования действительно в пределах 0.08 мм, проверял на своих бизерах. Производительность чуть ниже заявленной, выходит 13-14 штук в час, но для серийки сойдет. Обслуживание простое, через месяц чистки как часы работает.

Брали этот экструдер для цеха, довольны как слоны. Нагрев равномерный, пластик не подгорает. Электродвигатель тянет без нареканий. Гарантия год, техподдержка отвечает быстро, один раз помогли с настройкой температуры. Рекомендую.
