Реально помогает при усталости и бессоннице. Использую перед сном, засыпаю быстрее. Нагревается быстро, правда, провод коротковат. Но это мелочи.

Купила для мамы, у неё вечно мерзнут ноги. Говорит, стало теплее, и спит лучше. Единственное — маме показалось, что на максимальном режиме горячовато, но мы на среднем используем. В целом довольны.

Прибор интересный, греет хорошо. Пользуюсь неделю, ноги меньше мерзнут вечером. Минус — инструкция сложновата, разбирался долго. Но в целом норм.
