Description

A high-performance anti-corrosion and waterproof agent based on isobutene triethoxysilane with an active ingredient content exceeding 98.9%. This product is suitable for the protection of new concrete structures as well as the reinforcement and repair of old concrete buildings. It effectively inhibits various corrosive factors, significantly enhancing the durability and service life of reinforced concrete structures.

The agent features strong penetration capabilities, reaching depths of 3-4mm within the concrete, reducing the water absorption rate by over 90% and chloride ion corrosion by over 90%. As a truly breathable waterproof product, it prevents bubbling and peeling while effectively treating micro-cracks under 0.2mm without altering the original appearance of the concrete.

It is recommended for concrete structures exposed to seawater corrosion, salt spray, deicing agents, and freeze-thaw damage. Common applications include seaports, cross-sea bridges, hydraulic dams, urban viaducts, railway bridges, tunnels, airport pavements, and nuclear or thermal power plants.
