Description

Kefrier 400S is a next-generation electronic fluorinated liquid based on hydrofluoroether (HFE), designed as an environmentally friendly solvent solution. It serves as an effective diluent and solvent for fluorine oils, fluorine resins, fluorine coating agents, and silicone oils.

Featuring low viscosity and low surface tension, Kefrier 400S acts as an excellent dispersion medium. When used as a diluent for anti-fingerprint (AF) coatings, it provides balanced expansion and wetting rates, which minimizes coating defects, reduces product failure rates, and shortens drying times due to its rapid evaporation speed.

Environmentally, Kefrier 400S has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero and a significantly lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to HFCs and PFCs. It is a direct replacement for solvents such as 3M NOVEC 7200, Asahi Glass AE3000, and DuPont Vertrel.

In addition to its role as a solvent, it is highly effective for precision cleaning of electronic components, such as CCD and CMOS sensors, by removing surface particles and debris.
