Хорошая печь, но есть нюансы. На электрике разогревается чуть дольше чем ожидала, минут 15-20 до рабочей температуры. Зато потом держит стабильно. Димсамы выходят прям как из ресторана, сок внутри остается. Мы брали на два котла — удобно готовить сразу две позиции. Единствинное, в комплекте не было нормальной инструкции, пришлось на ютубе искать как настроить первый запуск. А так штука достойная.

Купили месяц назад для нашей лавки с пельменями. Аппарат огонь! Корочка реально золотистая, тесто не пригорает, температура ровная по всей поверхности. В первый день уже отработали без нареканий. Чистить просто — протер тряпкой и всё блестит. С газовым котлом работает отлично, не коптит. Советую всем кто на стритфуде.
