Идеальная корочка! С первого дня не подвела, температура стабильная, корпус крепкий. Для нашей пекарни самое то.

Норм печка, работает уже пол года без проблем. Таймер удобный, но иногда термостат чет тупит, приходится подкручивать вручную. А так для кафе заходит.

Классная печь, управление простое. Правда доставка подкачала, пришла с царапиной на дверце, но на работу не влияет. Пицца выходит бомбическая.

Штука огонь! Взял двухъярусную для нашей точки, разогревается быстро, пицца пропекается на ура, народ в восторге. Рекомендую!
