Professional winemaking equipment made of high-grade 304 stainless steel. The double-wall construction ensures efficient temperature control, which is essential for fermentation and distillation processes.
Models with a capacity over 100 liters are equipped with an automatic water refill device. Depending on the capacity, the equipment features either 2 or 4 air inlet pipes. To achieve the best cooling effect, it is recommended to connect two sets of cooling water: one for the air guide pipe and one for the cooler.
The equipment offers flexible installation, allowing the temperature gauge to be placed on either the left or right side according to your space requirements. Please note that the cooler is supplied without a supporting frame.

Качество норм, сборка крепкая. Очень удобно, что датчик можно поставить с любой стороны, в моем подвале как раз так и потребовалось. Советую брать два комплекта воды для охлаждения, так эффект на порядок лучше.

Брал на 200 литров. Сталь 304 отличная, шлифовка аккуратная. Двойные стенки реально держат температуру, ферментация прошла идеально. Единственное, раму пришлось варить самому, так как в комплекте ее нет, но это мелочи.
