Отличный стеллаж! Взял для вяления сала и колбасы. Сделано добротно, нержавейка толстая, всё ровно сварено. Воздух отлично циркулирует, мясо сохнет равномерно. Размеры удобные, в сложенном виде почти не занимает места. Очень доволен.

Неплохо, но люфт небольшой в соединениях. Зато мясо вялится идеально — за месяц ни одной плесени, всё продувается. Собирается за 2 минуты, интуитивно. Наверное, для домашней сыроварни тоже можно приспособить.

Норм стеллажик. Двух уровней маловато, если вялить много, ну да это скорее моя хотелка. Качество стали — огонь, ручки не ссохлись, запаха от металла нет. Главное — на балконе не качается, устойчивый.
