The Chengrui Mini Granulator with a ring die is a compact, reliable feed pelleting mill designed for small farms, workshops and household use. It delivers consistent pellet production with a capacity of 80–120 kg/h and is suitable for continuous light-duty operation.
This unit processes a wide range of raw materials including grains, straw, meat-and-bone meal, aquatic plants and mixed organic waste. It produces pellets from 0.5 to 12 mm in diameter, with customizable pellet sizes to meet specific feed requirements.
Built with a reinforced metal frame and a ring die of Ø 138 mm, the granulator offers stable performance and long service life. Various die options, rollers and knives are available to adapt the machine to different raw materials and production goals.
The granulator can be equipped with either an electric motor or a diesel engine (including electric start options), making it versatile for sites with different power availability. Typical uses include producing feed for piglets, broilers, laying hens and cattle.
