The SZF-06A Fat Analyzer operates based on the Soxhlet extraction principle and the gravimetric determination method. It dissolves fats using an organic solvent, separates the fat from the solvent through extraction, and then dries and weighs the residue to calculate the fat content.
Designed for high stability and precision, the SZF-06 series ensures that measurement results comply with the GB5512-85 national standard. It is an ideal piece of equipment for determining fat content in the food, oil, grease, and feed industries.
The device consists of heating extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling sections. It features digital temperature and time control with an alarm system. All joints are made of ground glass to avoid the use of rubber seals, which prevents leakage and deformation when using ether. The water bath ensures rapid and uniform heating.
