Walka Isooctyl paste silane is a high-performance paste silane impregnating agent with an active ingredient content of 80%. It is suitable for both the protection of new concrete structures and the reinforcement and repair of old concrete buildings. The product effectively inhibits various corrosive factors from damaging reinforced concrete structures, significantly enhancing durability and service life.
With strong penetration capabilities reaching depths of 3-4 mm, it reduces the water absorption rate of concrete by over 90% and reduces chloride ion corrosion by more than 90%. As a truly waterproof yet breathable product, it does not bubble or peel. It can effectively treat micro-cracks under 0.2 mm without altering the original appearance of the concrete.
The agent features excellent alkali resistance and durability, providing a protective lifespan of 10-15 years. It is especially suited for vertical and top-surface applications to minimize material waste. Recommended for use in seaports, bridges, dams, tunnels, and nuclear power plants exposed to seawater, salt spray, and freeze-thaw cycles.
