The SUOTE stainless steel sanitary liquid filter is a high-end filtration system designed for biopharmaceutical and food-grade applications. Available in both single-cartridge versions for low flow rates and multi-cartridge configurations (types 222 and 226) for medium to large flow requirements. The design strictly adheres to GMP standards, ensuring no dead spaces to prevent bacterial contamination and allow for complete disassembly and cleaning.
The assembly consists of a cylinder body, stainless steel mesh, drainage section, and transmission components. The high-quality surface finish and corrosion resistance ensure long-term reliability. For applications with extreme cleanliness requirements, the filter plate can be made detachable to enable full-angle cleaning.
Depending on the membrane material—polypropylene (PP), nylon (N6), or e-PTFE—the filtration precision ranges from 0.1µm to 60µm. This makes the filter ideal for the production of various wines (fruit, medicinal, rice wine), water treatment, and other sterile liquid processing industries.
